My uploaded font is not displaying properly. What should I do?

Please follow these steps to resolve font display issues:

1. Clear your browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Delete)
2. Log out of your account
3. Log back in
4. Re-upload the font

This usually fixes font display issues. Make sure your font file is in .ttf, .otf, .woff, or .woff2 format.

What is the easiest way to upload a large Word document (40–50 pages or more)?

For large documents, we recommend the copy-paste method for the fastest experience:

1. Open your Word file
2. Select all content (Ctrl+A)
3. Copy (Ctrl+C)
4. Paste directly into the content entry box

This method is faster than file upload and preserves your text formatting.

Why does this platform not support PDF uploads?

This platform is specifically designed for Word-based content to provide:

✓ Custom font support
✓ Accurate text searching
✓ Better text handling and formatting
✓ Paragraph-level organization

These features are limited or unavailable in PDF format. For PDF storage, we recommend using Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox.

What happens if my trial period ends and I don't choose a plan?

If no plan is selected after your trial ends:

⚠️ Your uploaded data may be deleted 7 days after the trial expires.

We strongly recommend upgrading before your trial expires to avoid any data loss. You'll receive reminder emails before your trial ends.

Currently, the platform supports:
